Canto de las Aves
This hike goes through secondary forest that a few years ago was cattle pasture. It has its own specific vegetation typical of a regenerating forest and you can find wild fruit species such as blackberries (some edible), colorful flowering plants much preferred by hummingbirds and insects, Aguacatillo trees (the quetzal's main food) and many other tree species. The trail is somewhat steep at the beginning and the end but only in short stretches and therefore suitable for almost all our visitors.
