What better than to hike along the banks of the Savegre River, the cleanest in Central America? And to enjoy an adventure-filled walk through impressive countryside. This trail leads to two magnificent waterfalls: the first are 1.7 km. (1 mile) from the hotel with a bridge going right over the falls that then descends via metal steps to pass through two rocks forming a cave from which you can almost touch the falls in front of you (Difficulty 2). The second, just 600 mts. (0.34 mile) further on are much higher but access is more challenging and recommended only for those in good physical shape.
