Reservation policies and general conditions

• When requesting reservations or services, you authorize Hotel Savegre, Reserva Natural & Spa to charge the total corresponding amount to your credit card.
• f there are any problems with your credit card, the hotel will not proceed with the reservation and requested services confirmations. If this is the case, you must enter a new credit card to obtain a confirmation
•  The rates include taxes and charges applicable as per the Costa Rican legislation.
•  Room preferences and special requests are subject to availability, and the fact that they are
  stated in the  confirmation does not bind the hotel.
• Check in time for reservations is 3:00 p.m., and check-out times is 12:00 p.m.
• No pets allowed

Cancellation and refund policies

Any cancellations will be effective from the moment the written notification is received via e-mail to the address ventas@savegre.com or via WhatsApp to the number +50627401028. If a refund applies, it will be done as per our policies, detailed next, and these are subject to the policies of your card issuer and charge collector:

• The total amount must be paid upon reservation.
• The hotel’s free cancellation policy applies up to 7 days before your check-in date and time.
• No refund applies in cases where the cancellation is received with less than 7 days before
  your check-in date and time.
• There is no refund or credit for cancellations, no-shows, or parts of unused packages or
  reservations.
•  Anticipated check-outs will still be charged for the full reservation.
•  There will be no refunds in cases where the customer does not use the services, or if the booked service is only used partially.

Privacy and data protection policy

Hotel Savegre, Reserva Natural & Spa informs you of its Privacy Policy in term of personal data
protection and treatment of the users and customers that could be collected by browsing or hiring
services through the web site www.savegre.com.

We guarantee full compliance of the valid regulations in terms of personal data protection, regulated by
the Law on the Protection of Persons Regarding the Processing of their Personal Data No. 8968 of the
Republic of Costa Rica.
The use of the web site implies you accept this Privacy Policy, as well as the conditions included in the
